Seasons Eatings

Christmas is right around the corner and the cold weather has me aching to be in the kitchen. If you're like me you're looking for a few easy dishes that are pure comfort on a spoon. (or fork!)

    Oh, I miss buñuelos. My ex's grandmother always made them for us at Christmas. His mother sent me tamales for years, but she's reached an age where she's turned the tamale-making over to her daughters and granddaughters...and they don't send me anything! :)
